Welcome to Bluebonni Cleaning Co (“Bluebonni,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website at bluebonnicleaningco.com (the “Site”) and our residential cleaning services (the “Services”). By accessing the Site or booking a cleaning, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or Services.

1. Services

Bluebonni Cleaning Co provides residential cleaning services in the Katy, Sugar Land, and Richmond, Texas area. Services are booked through our online platform and include:

  • Standard (recurring) cleaning
  • Deep cleaning
  • Add-on services such as interior cabinet cleaning, oven cleaning, refrigerator cleaning, and laundry

All services are subject to availability within our service area. We reserve the right to decline or cancel bookings outside of our coverage area.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Site or book our Services. By placing a booking, you represent that you are of legal age and have the authority to enter into these Terms.

3. Accounts

When you create an account or place a booking, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about yourself and your property
  • Keep your account credentials secure and not share them with others
  • Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access to your account
  • Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

We may suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information, are used fraudulently, or violate these Terms.

4. Booking and Pricing

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • Prices are based on the information you provide about your home, including square footage, number of rooms, and selected services. If the actual scope of work differs significantly from what was described, we may adjust the price.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate home details to ensure an accurate quote.
  • Recurring bookings (weekly, biweekly, or monthly) are scheduled at the same day and time unless you request a change. You may skip, pause, or cancel recurring service through your customer portal or by contacting us.
  • Frequency discounts are applied automatically: weekly (20% off), biweekly (15% off), and monthly (10% off) compared to one-time pricing.
  • Promotional codes are subject to their own terms and expiration dates and cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

5. Payment

  • Payment is required at the time of booking through our secure payment processor, Stripe.
  • We accept major credit and debit cards.
  • All prices are in U.S. dollars and include applicable Texas sales tax (8.25%).
  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
  • If a payment is declined or disputed, we may suspend your account and any pending bookings until the matter is resolved.

6. SMS/Text Messaging Program

Program Name: Bluebonni Cleaning Co Booking Notifications

Description: By providing your phone number and consenting to receive text messages during the booking process, you agree to receive SMS/text messages from Bluebonni Cleaning Co related to your cleaning service. These messages may include booking confirmations, appointment reminders, scheduling updates, and service-related notifications.

  • Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your booking activity. You may receive up to 10 messages per month, depending on how often you book or have scheduled cleanings.
  • Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Please check with your mobile carrier for details about your text messaging plan.
  • Opt-Out: You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by texting STOP to the number from which you received a message. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further texts will be sent unless you re-subscribe.
  • Help: For support, text HELP to the number from which you received a message, or contact us at hello@bluebonnicleaningco.com.
  • Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

By opting in, you confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile phone number provided. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any services. Your phone number will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.

7. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment at no charge.

< 24 hours

Late Cancellation Fee

Cancellations or reschedules made less than 24 hours before the appointment incur a fee of 50% of the booking value.

  • No-Shows: If we cannot access your home at the scheduled time and cannot reach you within 15 minutes, the appointment will be treated as a late cancellation.
  • Recurring Bookings: You may cancel your entire recurring series at any time with no penalty, effective after your next scheduled cleaning.

8. Access to Your Home

By scheduling a cleaning, you agree to:

  • Provide reliable access to your home at the scheduled time, including any codes, keys, or entry instructions
  • Ensure a safe environment free of hazards for our cleaning team
  • Secure or remove fragile, valuable, or irreplaceable items before the cleaning
  • Secure pets in a safe area during the appointment
  • Inform us of any special instructions or areas that should not be entered

9. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a cleaning, please contact us within 48 hours. We will work with you to find a fair resolution, which may include:

  • A re-clean of the affected areas
  • A partial refund or account credit

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Texas law:

  • Our total liability for any claim arising from the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
  • We are not responsible for damage to items that are fragile, improperly secured, or in pre-existing poor condition.

Bluebonni Cleaning Co is fully bonded and insured. Please report any property damage within 48 hours so we can investigate and resolve it.

11. Acceptable Use

When using the Site and Services, you agree not to:

  • Use the Site or Services for any unlawful purpose
  • Provide false or misleading information
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site
  • Harass, threaten, or act inappropriately toward our staff or cleaning team
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Site without permission

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and design, is the property of Bluebonni Cleaning Co or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Site content without our written consent.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for violation of these Terms, abusive behavior, fraudulent activity, or failure to pay. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Termination does not relieve you of any obligations incurred before termination, including outstanding payments.

14. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally:

  1. Informal Resolution: Contact us at hello@bluebonnicleaningco.com. We will make a good-faith effort to resolve your concern within 15 business days.
  2. Mediation: If informal resolution is unsuccessful, either party may initiate mediation in Fort Bend County, Texas. Costs will be shared equally.
  3. Binding Arbitration: If mediation fails, either party may initiate binding arbitration in Fort Bend County, Texas, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as part of a class or representative action.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any legal action not subject to the dispute resolution process above shall be brought in the state or federal courts in Fort Bend County, Texas.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page and may notify you via email or a notice on the Site. Your continued use of the Site or Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cleaning Policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and Bluebonni Cleaning Co regarding your use of the Site and Services.
