1. Services

Bluebonni Cleaning Co. provides residential cleaning services in the Austin, TX area. Our services include standard cleaning, deep cleaning, and various add-on services as described on our website and in your booking confirmation.

2. Booking and Payment

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • Prices are quoted based on the information you provide about your home. Final pricing may be adjusted if the actual scope of work differs significantly.
  • Payment is required at the time of booking through our secure payment processor.
  • We accept major credit cards and debit cards.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Please refer to our Cleaning Policies page for detailed information about cancellation and rescheduling. Key points:

  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your appointment: Full refund
  • Cancellations made 24-48 hours before: 50% refund
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before: No refund
  • Rescheduling is free with at least 24 hours notice

4. Access to Your Home

You are responsible for providing access to your home at the scheduled time. If our team cannot access your home within 15 minutes of the scheduled arrival window, the appointment may be marked as a no-show and subject to a cancellation fee.

5. Your Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your home and cleaning needs
  • Ensure a safe working environment for our cleaning professionals
  • Secure or remove fragile, valuable, or irreplaceable items
  • Secure pets during the cleaning appointment
  • Inform us of any special instructions or areas of concern

6. Liability and Insurance

Bluebonni Cleaning Co. is fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage to your property caused by our team, please report it within 24 hours of the cleaning. We will investigate and address valid claims promptly. We are not responsible for damage to items that are inherently fragile, improperly secured, or in poor condition prior to cleaning.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your cleaning, please contact us within 24 hours and we will work to make it right, including re-cleaning specific areas if necessary.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bluebonni Cleaning Co.'s liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
